By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any products, or enrolling in any programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Products and Services

Pricing and Payment

By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, trainings, workshops, or courses once access has been granted. For coaching programs and services with ongoing deliverables, specific refund and cancellation terms may be outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, frameworks, methodologies, and software — is the property of Scale With Psychology and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
